The Sales Development Representative will be Dude Solution’s “front line” in increasing demand. This individual will be tasked with qualifying new prospective clients and collaborating with other members of the sales team to achieve a smooth handoff of each opportunity.

This position starts on January 21, 2019

What you’ll be doing

  • Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound call campaigns
  • Identify and qualify decision makers amongst the targeted call campaigns
  • Capture accurate and complete information in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) by maintaining and expanding the database of prospects and tracking activity
  • Attend sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts

What you need

  • College degree is preferred
  • 1-2 years of lead generation or experience with cold calling
  • Candidate must display high energy, high passion level, determination, and perseverance
  • Professional phone presence and excellent communication skills are required
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Preferred SalesForce CRM experience
  • Strong Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills
