About the Product Specialist
The Product Specialist will contribute to the success of our Product and Operations teams by providing behind the scenes technical customer onboarding support and conducting functional testing and quality assurance (QA) for our mobile app (it’s called First Conversations in the App Store + Google Play, check us out). You’d be a good fit for this role if you geek out on the latest and greatest productivity mobile apps, notice and enjoy fixing tiny technical imperfections, have the gift of explaining technical jargon to our grandparents and can work magic in a spreadsheet.
