At Spoonflower, we celebrate success in many different ways. We often reward employees who have gone above and beyond by giving them small prizes, recognition in company meetings, and opportunities for promotions. When we have team successes, we often celebrate with treats, lunch, or a party.
We embrace an entrepreneurial spirit and grow through innovation and problem-solving. We take pride and accountability in our work, set high standards of excellence and productivity, and are willing to learn and take on new challenges. We celebrate wins and communicate honestly and with humility.
The growth of our home textiles business, the expansion of our international footprint and the development of realtime visualization of our products on the website. These areas started as projects and are now driving Spoonflower's growth and strategic direction.
One of my favorite things about Spoonflower is that I am surrounded by creative people who constantly inspire me. My coworkers paint, sing, sculpt and design, and create incredible garments completely from scratch. Spoonflower cultivates an atmosphere of constant creativity.
I love the constant opportunities to learn new things and push myself in a positive environment... the pay is nice, the fabric is great and the food culture is insane (in a good way!). But what keeps me here and motivated is the actual work environment itself, and no perk can overcome that.
